4. Prices and quotes

Prices shown on this site are indicative, exclude VAT and do not constitute a binding offer.

The figure produced by the quote builder is an automatic estimate based on the services, duration and location selected. The final price is always confirmed in writing before any booking, and may vary with the specifics of the event.

5. Intellectual property

The owner is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical faults, power supply or other causes outside its control, nor for damages arising from improper use of the site.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep published information accurate and current, but the absence of typographical errors or outdated content is not guaranteed.

7. Third-party links

This site links to external profiles (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps). The owner does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, which are governed by their own terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer’s domicile where the visitor qualifies as a consumer. Otherwise, to the courts of Barcelona.
