Yes. The system runs its own local network to send clips by QR, so it does not depend on the venue wifi. With no signal at all, guests still receive the video and it downloads as they leave.
Yes, more so than a platform: nobody steps onto anything. Guests stay on the floor inside the circle and the arm turns around them. The technician only asks that nobody leaves the circle while it spins.
