360 booth, 360 video booth, 360 platform, 360 photo booth: different names for the same idea, a camera that circles your guests and records a short clip, usually in slow motion. What varies a lot between suppliers is the kind of kit and what the price includes. Here are concrete figures and what's worth comparing before you book.
Our price: €550 + VAT for 3 hours
The base rate for our 360 booth is €550 + VAT for 3 hours of service with your guests. We set up 90 minutes early and that time isn't taken out of your hours. The price includes:
- An aerial 360 arch with an RGB ring light and a canvas you can personalise with names, date or logo.
- A technician directing every take for the whole service.
- Unlimited clips in slow motion, boomerang or normal speed, with your music and your watermark or logo.
- Clips sent to phones by QR code or AirDrop in about 30 seconds, in vertical format for stories. It works without Wi-Fi, on its own local network.
- A confetti cannon for the key moment of the night.
- A private gallery with every clip within 24 hours.
- Setup, takedown and travel within the first 40 km of Barcelona.
Each extra hour costs €90 + VAT and, beyond 40 km, travel is worked out as (km − 40) × €0.45 on the one-way road distance.
Aerial arch or classic platform: what changes in price and experience
On a classic 360 platform, guests step up onto a round base and an arm circles them from below. It holds as many people as the base's diameter allows, and everyone has to step on and off, which calls for care with heels, small children or older guests.
With an aerial 360 arch, which is the one we use, the arm hangs from the top of a lit arch and circles the group from above. Nobody steps onto a platform: guests walk into a circle 3 m across, so up to 15 people fit at once and you can come in wearing heels, pushing a pushchair or in a wheelchair. For the cleanest clips, the technician forms groups of 4 to 8.
When you compare prices, this matters for two reasons. First, space: the arch needs a 3 m circle (3 × 3 m), 2.5 m of clear height and a firm, level floor, indoors or under cover outdoors. Second, what you get for the money: a platform and an aerial arch aren't the same product, so always ask which model you're being quoted for.
How much does a 360 video booth cost in Barcelona?
Public figures for 360 booths are scarce and vary widely. As a guide, in September 2026 Barcelona listings sit in a band similar to a photo booth or slightly above; photo booths, for their part, are listed on bodas.net with “from” prices of roughly €300 to €950. Treat that as a pointer, not a rate: the real difference lies in what each starting price includes and whether the listing mentions VAT.

What makes a 360 booth price vary
- Hours of service. Always compare quotes for the same number of hours.
- Type of kit. Aerial arch or platform, the circle's diameter and how many people fit at once.
- Technician. A 360 with nobody directing the takes produces weak clips. Ask whether there's a technician for the whole service.
- Extras. Confetti cannon, a personalised arch, carpet, music and logo may be included or charged separately.
- Travel and date. Kilometres beyond the included radius and, on the market, possible weekend or peak-season surcharges.
- Combining services. With us, 10% off with two services and 15% with three.
What to check before booking a 360 booth
- Is it a platform or an aerial arch? And how many people fit at once?
- Is there a technician directing the whole time? They set the pace, position the group and fire the confetti.
- Are clips unlimited? And in which formats: slow motion, boomerang, normal speed?
- How do the videos reach guests' phones? Check whether it depends on the venue's Wi-Fi.
- Are your music, your logo and a personalised arch included?
- Is there a gallery with every clip? And when is it delivered?
- What does the venue need to provide, and is travel included? Floor space, height, floor type and kilometres.
Before you book, check with your venue that there's room: a 3 m circle, 2.5 m of clear height with no lamps or beams, and a firm, level floor. If the 360 goes outdoors, the area must be covered.
How many hours of 360 do you need?
The 360 shines when there's energy and groups keen to jump in together, so at a wedding it makes sense to place it at the drinks reception or, above all, next to the dance floor for the first part of the party. The 3 included hours leave room to call guests up table by table or group by group, and to save the confetti cannon for a specific moment. If the party runs long or the guest list is big, each extra hour costs €90 + VAT.
