A photo booth at a company event breaks the ice between people who rarely cross paths at the office, and it produces branded photos and videos that people share of their own accord. We bring the photo booth, the 360 booth and the DJ anywhere in Barcelona and Catalunya, and we work in Spanish, Catalan or English.
How it works at a corporate event
In practice it is a photo wall that prints on the spot: an open booth with a DSLR camera, studio light, a backdrop of your choice and a props trunk. The strip prints in about 8 seconds, prints are unlimited, and every shot also reaches phones by QR, as a photo and a GIF.
The 360 booth uses an aerial arch: the arm circles the group from the top of the arch, with no platform to step onto. Up to 15 people fit, so a whole department can go in together, and the vertical clip reaches phones in about 30 seconds, even without Wi-Fi.

The service does not include data capture: each guest receives their photos by QR and the private gallery is for your company. If you need leads at a trade show, collect them with your own tool; the booth gives people the reason to stop at your stand.

If the evening ends on the dance floor, add the DJ with sound and lighting: a rig for up to 250 people, lights, a smoke machine and a wireless microphone for speeches. Beforehand we agree the style and the do-not-play list with you, and if the venue has a sound limiter, we size the rig to the permitted decibels.
What the space needs
- Photo booth: about 2 × 2 m and a standard socket within 10 m.
- 360 booth: 3 × 3 m (a 3 m circle), 2.5 m clear height and a firm, level floor.
- Outdoors: always under cover; the printer cannot take direct sun or damp.
- At a trade show: we set up 90 minutes before the service, so check build-up times with the organiser.
Prices and example budgets
Photo booth from €450 for 3 hours, 360 booth from €550 for 3 hours and DJ from €650 for 4 hours. An extra hour is €90 per service, and combining takes 10% off with two services and 15% with three. Prices exclude VAT; more detail in how much a photo booth costs.

Beyond 40 km, travel is €0.45/km excluding VAT on the one-way kilometres over 40: Tarragona (98 km) comes to about €26.
Invoicing and booking
We invoice your company with VAT itemised. You get the confirmed price in writing before you book, and the date is held with a 30% deposit; the balance is paid the week of the event. Cancel more than 60 days out and the deposit is refunded in full.
